Unfortunatley since the state of florida does not regulate well water , just about anyone can say they are experts and sell you equipment that will not work or not able to maintain because they are not properly trained or educated . My experience with this Father and son duo company was very poor, I felt as if they were taking advantage of me as they underestimated my knowledge because I was a woman. Second , Kevin told me I had to replace my new equiptment which would cost me over 6200.00 . He never even bothered to check the quality of my water with a routine testing that all water specialists do. I asked him several times and he was not interested as all he wanted was to make money on sellling me new tanks. A legitamite Water specialist carry a kit to test for iron and other metals/minerals inside your home. He never cared about my quality of water, he just wanted to check my showers for the water pressure. Finally , I became fed up with his bull and warned him I worked with many builders in the area as we own severeal properties. Suddenly he became very uneasy and started to back track everything he said to me. He even told me that I can keep my existing equipment which was only a year old and that he would be able to service it. Bottomline he was disingenuous from the start and took advantage of the situation because he was not intimidated by a woman. He never sent me a quote and this is the standard in any business. His excuse was that he does not want to write down what he needs to do on paper because he is afraid someone will copy??? Sounds very fishy to me. They also walked in my home without putting on shoe covers leaving a trail of dirt from their filthy boots . I would never recommend or use their service.
