Electric Connection

Joe, the electrician came exactly at the appointment time,got right to work ,since the job was split into two days.... after completing the  first day, joe advised me exactly what i needed to complete the job(as  I was suppyling the parts )and had purchased a number of wrong items... however with his guidance was able to pick up the proper parts for him to finish the job..he arrived exactly on time the following day and completed the job exactly as promised.. all in all very satisfied with this company, as they did everything they said, exactly when they said and all done professionally and punchually ! The electrician, joe, was able to answer all my questions and explain all rational on what was and wasnt possible..! needless to say my home was left in prestine condition on his completion !! Joe was extremely proficient,personal and a pleasure to have in my home..

We contracted with electric connection to install two timers for out door led lights so that the lights would come on and off automatically . Along with some other electrical work .Right from the start they installed the switches that were not correct for the type of bulbs .the switches never worked . We contacted them many times at the numbers we were given but no one returned our calls . We finally got hold of Don in the office and explained to him the problem ,he said the electrician who did the work does not work for them any more nor does the manager . He did not want to come and look at the problem without charging us more money when I told him that we had already in my view overpaid for the job and that the switches never worked . He said he will come out and check them out . He did come but could not get the switches to work . After calling him many times and chasing him for the entire week he sent an electrician ,but the electrician brought the wrong switches plus he could not see , told us he can nit see without the glasses and left the switches wiyithout being properly connected . When I called Don again and told him that the switches are of the wrong type . He blamed us for the problem instead of doing the job right from the start. The technicians they have are very poorly trained ,not prepared for the job nor have a clue as to what they are doing or what type of equipment they need to use . Stay away from these people ,they are incompetent .
