Du-All has the worst customer service! They’re arrogant, inconsiderate, uncooperative, and unresponsive. I paid them $700 upfront to replace a Home Depot/Glacier Bay toilet. All I’m asking of them is to provide me with the 20 digit barcode number that’s located on the Home Depot sales receipt, so that I’d get my limited lifetime warranty honored by Glacier Bay. But Du-All hung up on me and ignored my numerous email requests. I feel being ripped off by Du-All, paid them a big amount of money for their service and they took my lifetime manufacturer warranty away from me!

I had DU-ALL come to my home months ago to repair a clogged toilet and clean out the septic tank. I gave the company a good review even throw the toilet was not mounted correctly and it toggled back and forth. they sent another tech who said the bolts were loose and he cranked them tight with plyers. a few weeks later same thing, the guy put in two wax rings instead of cleaning up the first wax ring. today the company sent two guys who seemed like they knew what happened and they had to replace a cracked flange due to the last tech overtightening the bolts and broke it. They didn't charge me of course for the repair. here's the upsetting part there svc manager ABE was nasty to me this morning when i tried to explain what happened in the past and he interrupted me multiple times and would not let me talk. after the guys left there manager ABE called me and again was rude and said that he found a svc ticket from his last tech saying the flange was cracked and i got one over on them, he yelled and would not let me speak and then he hung up on me multiple times.. This guy didn't read his techs notes correctly the second svc ticket was a proposal for another toilet on the other side of the house that there tech never worked on and by my description of a toilet that was not level his tech suggested replacing the flange and leveling that second toilet, his yelling and hanging up on me only makes me never want to deal with this company ever again. Even the guys that were hear today i told them about the other toilet that was not level and i was going to have them fix soon but not after this. This guy ABE should not be in charge of anything. I asked the dispatcher to have the owner call me about this situation. if not then this review will be posted everywhere possible cause this is bad business.

Very professional - they did a good job for a reasonable price. I could not use my bathrooms because of the septic tank problem. They were there promptly and knew exactly what to do. They cared about my lawn and property and really did a fine job.

I purchased a toilet from Home Depot and needed to find a plumber to perform the install. We had problems reaching our preferred plumber and were interested in getting it done as soon as possible. Wife called Du-All for a quote. They came out 2-3 hours late and the service tech gave me a price that seemed to be based on what he thought I could afford or would be willing to pay.
I needed the job done, so I agreed. He removed the old toilet and installed the new. During the install, he told me that my current supply line needed to be upgraded, in order for him to install the new one. He quoted me an additional price of $300, but he said, "if I believe in God", he could do it off the books for half that price (talk about an oxymoron). Being that the price for the toilet install service included a supply line replacement, I asked how much is he going to deduct since he can't install it. He said, "oh, I can take off about $30". I declined the service and had him finish the install.
I can't say the quality of the product was bad because I purchased the toilet myself. I will have to see if I run into any install issues in the future.
If you aren't in a real pinch, I recommend finding another plumbing company that is more direct with pricing and punctual.

First visit. Plumber determined we needed a new faucet in Bathroom. He installed a new fixture in the bath but it still leaked, so he replaced a line.
On the same visit he caulked around the top of the kitchen faucet and adjusted the pull down, but made it worst then it was and
still leaked.
We called for someone to check and another plumber came to take pictures, he said someone will call the next day. They did not call. Later we called again and they promised to come on Monday. After waiting all morning, we called and the office said they are running late, but will be there. At about 4pm we called again and they told us they would be ther about 9pm. We said no, the next day we be OK. On Tuesday 2 other plumbers arrived and looked over the situation and said someone will contact you the next day. No one did.
The next week they sent another plumber (manager) to inspect again to determine a credit due to us, but we did not hear from him. A week later we received a call from another person who was apparantly attempting to establish a refund, but was to arrogant to listen. We had to end the call.
As a business professional we have worked with many trades people to serve our clients and customers and have never experienced this kind of run-around from anyone.
We want a refund as requested.

plumber showed up knowing he had to video drain (as ordered) but had to go back to shop because his camera was broken and he knew it. Found no leaks but insisted all drains in house had to be replaced. Reinstalled toilet and left wax, dirt and trash everywhere which I had to clean up. sent proposal for $19,500.00 to rip up all the tile and wood flooring replace drains and backfill ditches, which would leave me the job of slab repair and replacing every floor in house. Subsequently found that it was a roof leak and not a drain leak.
I would not trust these guys with a water bottle much less any plumbing.

I was installing 2 new compression fitting shutoff valves under my kitchen sink to replace faucet. I installed both but 1 leaked. I called at 4:50pm and was told they would be there between 6-8pm and would call first. At 7:45 I called to check status and they said they were running behind about 30 minutes. Jameil arrived between 9:15-9:30. He was very apologetic for being late. He looked under sink and said it would be $110 for the fix. I approved the repair. He took out some white PTFE tape, wrapped the compression fitting and was done in 10 minutes. Personally I think $110 for $.20 worth of tape is excessive. Otherwise Jameil was very courteous and professional.

They were very nice but I thought they were kind of high so I didn't end up using them this last time. I did use them in January and they were very nice. I called them out twice and used them once. The gentleman was very good. He was very polite, very professional and very nice. His name was Will. He did a nice job.

We saw we had a problem on Saturday, called them, they came on time on Sunday, determined the issue and said they would be back Monday at 10 am. They arrived 15 minutes early and had all the parts and completed the project on time and at the price quoted. Very friendly technician, and great customer service. We used to use another plumber and will be using them from here on out! Ask for Slim.

Crooks! I called Du All because I had a septic tank backup on a Sunday. They came the same day and pumped the tank. There were many up-sells. What was advertised as a $300 job ended up costing about $800. I also saw the service tech wandering around the windows of my house (inside the privacy fence) on the opposite side of where the septic tank was. When asked, he said he was looking for a hose.
A month later, the drains backed up again. Called Du All again. This time the same tech said I needed a system rejuvenation. He said the regular price was $2800, but since I already spent $800, they'd do it for $2000. At this point my lawn was dug up and there was standing water, so I really didn't have a choice.
About eight months later, the drains started backing up again. This time I called a different company (one that has an A rating on this site, BTW). The tech came out and said Du All did pretty much nothing to my system. He said there were broken drainage pipes which should have been fixed, and the work Du All supposedly did would not have worked with a broken pipe. He said there were many stories circulating about Du All and their less-than-ethical practices.
Now, I'm having the second company do a complete drainfield replacement for just slightly more than what Du All charged me to Du Nothing.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

"Hi [member name removed], Can you please provide your address or phone number? I am looking in our system and do not see your name or address listed (from what is provided on your angieslist review). Also, please provide the name of the tech that was onsite (it will be on the invoice we left with you), so that we can take the appropriate steps with that employee. Thanks, we look forward to hearing from you and resolving this matter."

No complaints, technician did a lot of work and didn't complain about anything. My septic tank is happy and now one less thing to worry about. I usually have my septic tanks cleaned every 4 years , so when it is ready for the next pump-out, I plan on using Du-All.

After my phone call to the office a tech named Chip was at my home in just a short period of time. He took a look at the issue and quoted me a price on the spot. He didn't have one of those price sheets like another company I called. Pretty much just looked at the issues and gave a price based on time and parts needed. He took care of my shut off valves that were not turning off and also fixed the kitchen faucet, completed all of it within a few hours. Based on my experience with Du-All I would have no issues with calling them again.

The technician they sent over was named James. He was able to provide me a quick estimate on fixing two toilet bowls in my house. I had priced it out previously and they were the first company that could send a tech out to my house. The price was in line with the other companies I had called and he gave me different options for fixing the two issues in the house.
Total work took a little less than two hours. James was clean, polite, and tidy. I would recommend him and his company to anyone else that needs plumbing service. They also provided me with a coupon book for any future work that I need to have completed.

I bought all the services they offered as remedies for my 30 year old septic system. I later learned that one should never clean out the stuff at the very bottom on the tank and that the $100 filter is a piece of worthless plastic. I was most shocked that 3 weeks after spending $1000 they would not drain the tank for free and stand behind their work. I was sort of stuck. I should have called someone else right away, but literally flushed that final $225.00 down the drain before calling a different company. When they told me on the second call that I probably now needed jetting of the lines, a job that they don't do, but subcontract out, I resolved to call another company rather than do any more business with Du-All.
