PACK A LUNCH! and Bring the Coffee! Or your pillow so you can take a nap! You will be waiting 2-3 hours for every scheduled appointment! No apologies for severe tardiness . . . no rescheduling of overbooked patients . . . Reminds one of the airlines that double-book seats, ending up with problems when everyone shows up! Front office staff are upset with my family for being upset about a 3-hour wait for a scheduled knee injection appointment. Unbelievable and unacceptable clinic management! My time is important and I don't have time to wait for 3 hours for the doctor due to overbooking patients! Very sad and indicates great lack of respect for patients' & their families' time. At least he's got a TV running with chef Anthony Bourdain's travels . . . you might learn some new recipes or interesting trivia while you wait.
