Dan Olson"s A/C Service

Great company! 100% satisfied every time. They installed my new A/c unit in 2014 and since then they come twice a year for service. And every time something comes up they are there for us. Great communication in the office and amazing technicians. Very honest when it comes to pricing.

He was good. I would use them again. I recommended him to one of my neighbors recently. I thought he was very fair. He did an excellent job. There was one item that I had a concern with and he came out right away to check things out. It wasn't even his fault. He didn't charge me to come out. He did excellent. His professionalism was an A+.

Dan Olson's A/C service delivered exactly what they promised.  They installed a new unit on time and for the price quoted.  After the unit was installed, they cleaned the area and took the old unit, boxes, plastic, garbage, etc. with them.  No hassles, issues or problems during or after the install!
We highly recommend this company based on our experience.

My property manager had another AC company install a new unit.  They were unlicensed and did a poor job and I asked Dan to take a look at it.  He came the same day even though it wasn't an emergency.  He clearly listed everything that was affecting the unit from cooling properly and listed the suggested remedies. Thanks to him, my property management had everything fixed properly.
2 years prior my air went out at 6pm on a hot summer day.  I was pregnant and he found a way to get there within 30 minutes to fix the ac.  He is always concerned about the customer and does his honest best to get there fast and give you great service at a reasonable cost.
Dan was my customer for 2 years when I worked for an AC wholesaler.  I worked with many different AC companies and I would recommend him 1st to anyone hands down. In Fact, that wholesaler refers all their customers to him as well.  That is saying something!  I enjoyed his business practices so much that in January 2015 I decided to come and work with him.

I wanted to provide some insight to anyone looking to use Olson's Air Conditioning (Find Another Company). We contacted Olson's air conditioning in July of 2012 to check our air conditioning unit and provide  summer maintenance. Our air conditioner  was a older unit but worked well enough and we had no previous problems with it's use.Dan Olson' came out and inspected the unit and stated that it was old and on it's last leg and we should consider a new unit, as the unit was older and not so energy efficient we thought it was a good idea to replace it with a newer model Ruud unit so we agreed to do so.
 Since the new unit was replaced Dan Olson's AC has had to come to service it no less then 14 times, and that does not include a recall on the unit  where Dan Olson's AC had to change a part as per the Manufacturer that paid Dan Olson's another $500.00 plus for service.Our AC unit still is not working correctly and as per Olson's AC the problem is the drain pipe which they state they did not install so its not their problem. It's funny that we never had an issue with our old unit with draining, and couple that with the fact that Olson's AC cut our drain pipe to add a sensor that has not worked correctly and in fact the last service man used duck tape to hold it in place because it was seated wrong.
 Also note that I have been charged for service calls for this same problem multiple times.At this point Dan Olson's AC dose not even return phone calls so I have been forced to contact Ruud directly to see if they can help us get this unit running the right way or seek legal means. Bottom line is Dan Olson' AC does not stand by their work period.
