+ -1 moreI found him on Angie's List. He came when he said he would. He was professional, without being excessively professional. He explained any questions I had. It was fine, and I don't have anything that I objected to. There was a lot of rain, and so we had a little trouble getting in contact with each other. Things didn't quite work out and it took us a while to get hooked up, but it wasn't really his fault.
Description of Work: I used DamnBugs! for pest control services. It was an initial treatment for the house. I have booked him to do a follow-up in two months.

+ -1 moreI had a very positive experience with them. They were very good. They were very courteous and very friendly. They were fairly priced. I have not had a second experience with them and that is the only thing that is preventing me from rating them the best.

+ -1 moreHe came to my house within an hour of my call and took care of the problem for only $50.00. He was honest and didn't try to overcharge me. Prior to calling Dan I called a Pest Control company which wanted to charge an extra $100 for going to my house on the weekend and then $125 for actual pest control service. I would highly recommend Dan from DamnBugs!
Description of Work: Called Dan on a weekend because my house had white footed ants all around the fascia boards and were coming into the house.

+ -1 moreThe individual who did the work was very knowledgeable about the subject, which proper insecticide to use and various kinds of control conditions. He was very sensitive to the fact that I wanted external control only, no inside spraying. The treatment was very effective and cost-effective as well.

Description of Work: Dan came out to the house and due to extremely dirty tenants I had a very bad roach problem. Dan didn't come out once, twice or three times. He kept coming and keeps coming back each time bringing down the population of roaches more and more. He never asked for more money since the problem was worse than expected but due to his exceptional service I voluntarily sent him more money than he quoted the job at.

+ -1 moreOur previous exterminator started breaking appointments without calling and then just stopped showing up at all. D*** Bugs! Came out the day after we called and quoted a fair price for the same services. He was extremely friendly and knowledgable.

+ -1 moreHe was extremely prompt and courteous, certainly NOT looking to take money from us for a job which he knew or suspected would not be successful. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends, neighbors, or your readers.
Description of Work: He looked at the flies we were getting in the house, advised that whatever he would do would NOT rid us of them. He therefore chose NOT to try anything and NOT to charge us, even for the service call. He did suggest that we find a "screener" to close up the openings in our outside screens.

+ -1 moreI was referred the exterminator from a realtor. He immediately asked if I had any specific problems. He came over immediately. He explained what it was I needed. I told him that I wanted to exterminate the inside of the house. As a one time cortesy, he exterminated the edge of the house outside. I would recommend him.
Description of Work: The company exterminated the house for the first time. Was extremely prompt, and answers his phone.
