Recently my car demonstrated a failure electronically for the air conditioner to function without blowing hot air. After careful investigation by 2 Ford dealerships with estimates far exceeding expectations I relied on Angie's list to find another option. This is my first interaction with Cupelli automotive and as expected(because they were referred by Angie's list) I received an excellent level of workmanship, expediency and follow up actions. During their examination of my vehicle they discovered a weakness in a pressurized cooling hose that needed replacing. None of the other examinations from other dealerships uncovered this weakness or even recommended changing it. So in closing let me say that I would happily recommend you trust your vehicle to the Cupelli automotive for whatever repairs you need at a reasonable price and expediency of repair.

Sweet! My 07 Subaru is silent as new. Engine working less hard, I bet I get great mileage... Brought it in late Monday and by 2PM I got a call with the bearing problem and suggested repair. This included advice to do both rear wheels since the manufacturer had upgraded the part, something Frank himself suggested we take a wheel at a time. (to save money....who does that?) Picked the car up at 5PM ready to go.

I came across Frank's services some years ago when I brought in my Nissan for some work. Frank asked for an extra hour...turns out his guys cleaned out a drain pan that the A/C sent air over. The A/C did emit a foul odor but I never knew why. In this case Frank and his guys cleaned it all up unexpectedly and without charge.

Frank diagnosed and repaired the top as estimated and in the time promised.  He replaced two hydraulic cylinders and tested the remaining ones.  Cost was as expected and inline with internet research for same repair. When I initially called to explain my problem he knew exactly what I was talking about and was able to fix the problem without any issues.  I find him to be honest, professional, and easy to deal with.  I don't mind paying for service as long as I get a fair price and quality work. I would recommend him for any Mercedes or BMW work. No reason to go to a dealer if your car is out of warranty.

Price paid and work performed was exactly as quoted and I'm sure less than what a Mercedes Benz dealer would have charged (although still somewhat pricey); Frank was very professional and I felt like I got what I paid for. I will use them again when necessary.
