I called them at 7:50 in the morning on Labor Day and he was here by 9 a.m. He was very professional and informative. He explained what he was doing the entire time. I even called him back after he had finished questioning why it wasn't cooling fast. He explained the reason why. He said that it should be cooler by 9 p.m. and if it wasn't to call him right way. The unit was working fine by that time, but I appreciated that he was willing to accept a call from me that late at night.
