Pray you don't end up with Carlos. What a nightmare! He doesn't care about your property. Treats residents like children. Hangs up on peoples faces. So unprofessional. He doesn't do anything other than tow peoples cars and change the parking rules once a month and harass people about plants in front of their windows. Pool is never opened or cleaned. Grass is never cut. Shopping carts everywhere. I can go on but good luck.

I have interacted with the President of CMC and the Property Manager on several occasions. I have found their interaction to be highly unprofessional and unresponsive. For 2018, our HOA dues have gone up to $226 per month with no visible changes to enhance the community. I have had occasions where I have requested guest passes and they were not given to me in a timely manner. I have had instances where the grass in my front lawn has deteriorated and I have brought the issue to CMC management and nothing was done to remedy the issue. Last year, I was sent a notice of violation for having my hurricane shutters up when they were actually down and I sent an e-mail with photos of my shutters down and a demand letter to retract the violation. I recently called to update my phone number on the gate coding system and spoke to the CMC President. The CMC President sent me an e-mail stating that the issue was resolved on 01/24/2018. I discovered that my name was removed completely from the gate system and continued to be removed throughout the weekend and up to today 02/12/2018. I sent an e-mail to the CMC President informing him that I had been removed from the gate entry system on 02/10/2018. I received an e-mail from the CMC President stating that any further communication should be addressed to the association attorney. I have made complaints to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) at [*** Link removed ***] and the Florida Commission on Human Relations (FCHR) at [*** Link removed ***] in a good faith effort to resolve ongoing issues with CMC Management. I urge any homeowner or renter to do the same and exercise their right.
Description of Work: I have been a homeowner of Estancia located at Talia Circle, Palm Springs, FL 33461 for eight years. Century Management Company (CMC) Management located at 2950 Jog Rd, Lake Worth, FL 33463 is the property management company that oversees Estancia for the past five years.
