+ -1 moreI needed a window ac replaced and another looked at I am capable of doing the rumaround work and he encouraged me to do this as for him to go find a model to fit would just cost $68 an hour. With his advice and assistance on installing I got the job done for a one hour fee.Being a stranger to Florida I was apprehensive about hiring the wrong person and getting ripped off. Jim Curran was the right man for us. We will keep Climate Systems name for future use.

+ -1 moreThe two units were installed and the 3rd repaired. later we notied a wet spot on the ceiling b/c the ac condensation drain was not hooked up correctly. They came right out and said it was their fault and fixed it.. It did not cause any problems for us. This could have happened to anyone who had to fix 3 AC units in 120 degree attic. They also worked with me on payment plan over a 2-3 week period and did paperwork to help me roll the cost of the units into my mortgage. That was helpful and took extra time. A lot of ppl would not have done that.
Description of Work: Three AC units were involved. Of all the AC quotes we got, they were the only company who said we did not need to replace all 3 units. We bought 2 new units and they fixed the third. They were responsive and fast and our salesman was polite and professional. The price was great. I recommend Climate Systems H&C to everyone and need to call them and find out about annual maintenance.
