This was a return visit. Tech McArthur impressed me on previous call. Saved his number. I called, received immediate response. He came within short time. Problem solved freeon and ducts cleaned. I contacted Holly at Chamberlin in a panic after the end of normal business hours when I realized my refrigerator was no longer becoming cool right after buying a bunch of food for a big family dinner a few days away and that it was making an obnoxious clicking noise. She gave me advice on keeping my refrigerator cold and, though she offered to send a technician out that night, helped me realize it wasn't going to help the situation. Since the clicking was keeping my household awake, I ended up doing a little research of my own that night and determined what part of my fridge had failed and was able to let Holly know. She started looking for the part immediately the next morning, found one, and had a technician out to install it the following afternoon. (In the meantime, I found a way to compensate for the broken part and even ended up with an extra-cold refrigerator).
Holly was lovely and wonderful to work with. She handled what felt like an emergency to me at the time with ease and good humor, kept up regular contact to keep me up-to-date on finding the part, and even checked in a few days later to make sure all was well.
I've already recommended Chamberlin to a friend and I definitely recommend them to you!

No complaints ! Two years later all is working and when my air handler does die it can be replaced with the best eer rated unit and best of all i will not suffer the loss of heat or a/c for more than a few hours needed to install a new better model.
