BUSHEL STOP

When I first called, they said my description of the debris in the topsoil was "impossible". They were very argumentative. They called me the following Monday to tell me they had "found a hole in the screen" of the machine that produces the topsoil. They reluctantly sent a man to inspect after much arguing. He arrived and was still argumentative "you only have about two 5 gallon buckets of glass in this topsoil and the pieces of tile area from pools". His worker picked some pieces of glass from the surface of the soil. Ultimately, they refused to remove the topsoil. They said if the same landscaper who distributed it would collect it in my driveway that they would send a truck but they would not provide the means to load the topsoil in the truck. They were aware that the landscapers machine could not reach high enough to load their truck. Also, they refused to compensate me for the cost of the landscaper ($200 to distribute soil and $200 to pick it up). In fact, they repeatedly tried to blame the landscaper for the problem. My landscaper had recommended Bushel stop as he had decades of experience with them. He is very disappointed with their poor response to the problem.
