Bryon Scholz Plumbing

On 9/12/23 my wife paid Bryon $1,250 for 2 toilets and pipe repair to washer. One of the toilets could not be installed. Many emails and phone calls were sent for a credit of $500 for one of the toilets. Bryon wrote this: The supply house charge me a re stock fee since it was a special order toilet. They were not going to take it back but I was able to talk them into it. I got credit on Friday, not a check but I will send you a check start of the week. We have still not received, after he emailed me “sent”. I’m pursuing not for money but for principal. He took advantage of my trusting wife who paid in. Full before finished work

The whole job from start to finish, a complete disaster, sadly we have reminders of Brian Shulz mistakes all through our house which we so regret ever using or meeting Bryon Schulz.  We also used Bryon for tile in our home and that was also a very poor job. And French doors were installed in master bedroom and we had to have another company come and finish those, (we have had large gaps that light and air come through and never closed properly)
When the work was approximately 90% done, while visiting my neighbor outside, Bryon had the nerve to come ask for a "final check"
I said "but the job isn't done" and he said, "It will be today" and my mistake paid him on the spot. "Final check"
The guys left that day and returned once to "finish" but never was finished.   Bryon said to make a "list" of all the things we were not satisfied with and we did but he never ever came to complete.
We have never had a finished bathroom and we had used all our budget and more in trusting that this company would provide quality expertise.  The biggest disappointment ever in our dream of having our "Dream Home"
I am not sure of the dates its been so long ago, but I thought its long due in time that I give this company my review, a complete "F"

He was on time (9:30am prompt) and he was efficient. Tim, is a nice and kind man who helped my neighbors out in the same morning.  He taught me how to clear my own drains so I would not have to call them for that service anymore. I would highly recommend him to other members.
