I have had Brian over a few times for service, he is fantastic. When my friends ask me about pool repair, I always refer them to Bria, I have his company info on my cell phone, mostly for that purpose.

The installation went reasonably well. However, when service was needed subsequently, we could not get Brian's to show up. There were always delays and excuses. Today we have an issue with a warranty matter. There's a fault on the Jandy heater and Brian refuses to come out and service it because he was previously given a poor review for poor service. Completely unprofessional. I would never use him again nor when I recommend him to anybody. He's fine so long as nothing goes wrong.

How about we just agree that we are not a good fit for one another. I have had the same customers for 20+ years and for some reason you are just one of those people that choose this platform to air your negativity. I believe that there are far greater problems in this world and I am happy for you that you found a service company that works well for you. I wish you all of the best… life is difficult for most right now so this battle is one I’m choosing to step away from. Have a wonderful life."

He does a very good job. He resolved a pool issue for me. He was prompt and got the job done. He was professional and competent.
