Brazilian Marble & Granite carries a full selection of granite slabs that are imported directly from Brazil and Italy. 1: English is NOT the language of choice here.
2: No call / No show / no apology.
3: Caulk left on bathroom wall and was told , "this is normal". I had to repaint in spite of being told by Fernando that it would be resolved.
4: Not very flexible on installation. My way or the highway.
5: Installed my bathroom sink crooked. Again, told this was "normal.".
6 Had to replace the grout in the kitchen as it came loose after one week.
7: Fernando never returns messages.
8::Uses subcontractors for installation. Not even their own employees.
I paid top price and got mediocre results.
There are lots of quality fabricators out there, This is not one of them.
RUN from this guy.
"We gave the best price and the best quality job ..... this person has a problem and we did not want to do his job .... at the end I decided to do it and the result came beautiful ... the missing grout is because he took with a knife..... he made a whole on the wall and than he asked to us to pay to fix what he did.... ask him to send a picture of the job ... all Brazilian employees are 100 % Brazilian responsibility. "When we give an estimate, we have the custom to take the shoes off before entering the house. before I go in the house to give the price, He had chosen the most expensive granite we have and he knew the price, what I was doing was to compare the measures. When I gave the final price he did not like and said he had found for a price much better. I do not believe that because few companies has that material and the price is much more expensive than ours. We guarantee the quality of our material and also the quality of our work. I offered several granites with a better price and he did not want to. Practically he did not want to pay the amount. Another thing I always introduce myself to get into the customer's home and explain everything to the smallest details, to my understanding he wants for free."

We do have more them 100 natural stone colors and if a customer doesn't like any of my colors, we send them to a distributor to see more colors.A smart person knows that: if you are looking for natural stone ( marble, granite, onyx, limestone, travertine) or any other natural stone, on yellow pages or internet... they must look under MARBLE and 99% the company list under marble they do not have marble. Brazilian Marble is a MARBLE SHOP we do have a white marble, green marble and yellow marble at our shop. For these looking for natural stone, they must look under marble .... you can't look under granite shop. At Brazilian Marble we are very friendly and we do our best to help the new and old customer, if we don't have the color or kind of stone you are looking for, we do help you to find."
"No, it not right we went to her house four (4) and all with a appointment and she wasn't there. One time her son came to the window, look at us and did not open the door, we told [member name removed] and she just smilled saying " oh my son ". We go to the customers house by appointment only and what we went over ther to do was an extra job, she decided to buy a water filter and ask for one extra hole. To go one time it is ok, but when you go several times, wasting time and gas...... it is not ok. At Brazilian Marble we go an extra mile to please a customer and her job we made beautiful and well done. PS. She should say ...Brazilian Marble came 4 times and my son did not open the door."
Alex and his helper worked efficient and clean.
We are satisfied with of work and have now purchased a granite counter top for our kitchen. It will be installed in two weeks after I complete remodel of kitchen.
We were so pleased with the first installation that we had they do another kitchen counter top of about 90 sq foot. And, we could' be happier.
We would recommend this company to anyone considering new granite countertops....the company does the fabrication as well as about 1000 slabs to pick from....they even threw in a cutting board..:)
