Botanical Bruce

If I could give zero stars I would. We contracted with Bruce, and he started the job over 4 wks ago, and he estimated approx 3 day turnaround. He showed up at our house for approx 7 hours total in that time period. Told us he would come back every day thereafter, but never did. He rarely returned texts. Could not leave voicemail, because his box was always full. He brought plants we did not request, and charged $650 for other plants we requested, and were billed for but never received. When we would offer input into what we liked or did not, he yelled at my wife "if you don't like what I am doing do it yourself." Now we need another landscaper to complete the job. I could say much more, but probably not necessary
