Mr. Waters never picked up the tile order that I purchased from the tile store, his cell phone is "out of service" and I cannot get in touch with him, nor has he returned the voicemails I left on his phone before it was out of service. I am stuck with $402.58 worth of tile, cork and grout and no tiler to install it. I am out $402.58 for tile supplies and $400.00 deposit.
Description of Work: Mr. Waters measured my kitchen/hallway to determine how much sq. footage there was and how much tile/grout, etc. would be needed for the job. He told me to purchase the required amount of tile, cork and grout, which I did for a total of $402.58. He wrote a proposal out and signed it outlining all work to be done for this project. He asked for a $400.00 deposit to rent a chipper to break up the existing tile floor. I wrote him out my check #1036 dated June 19, 2006, which Mr. Waters cashed according to my bank statement.
