We are a family owned business since 2001. Our employees are Steve Ashley the State Licensed (EC13007056), Bonded and Insured Master Electrical contractor, along with his wife Elaine who runs the office. You will always have the same technician, Steve Ashley the contractor. We take cash, checks and major credit cards. We also do Emergency Service calls before 8am and after 5pm, call or text and leave a message.

CAT 5 cable installs, Chandelier lifts, Chandeliers, Landscape Lighting and Design, Our services range from a simple installation of an outlet or switch, and all manor of lighting and ballast services., ceiling fans, flat screen TV installs, portable generator hookups, recessed lighting cans, to rewiring/remodeling a residence or commercial building. We do all manor of Electrical work which can include Panel changes to update wiring

Amazing! Would highly recommend. Steve checked in the day before to confirm, the day of to confirm, and when he was on his way. He did a great job, cleaned up after himself and went above and beyond to explain to me everything he did. I had a separate issue in the kitchen and he took the time to scope the issue. He went to his van to try a few different solutions and followed up regarding the part needed. Will definitely be using them again.

He asked questions on the phone before hand so he knew what he was getting into and the possible cause. His instincts were dead on. He managed to repair everything quickly and I was able to make it to work on time. I would hire again when I need to.

Fantastic. He shows up when he says he would. There's never a phone call saying he's not coming. Price is great. Excellent electrician. The fact that he's licensed, bonded, and insured is huge for us. I would absolutely recommend him.

Steve came out and provided us with an estimate and breakdown of what our jobs would require. He was honest and was in no way pushy or trying to sell us. He came across as knowledgeable and fair. His pricing was what I would expect for someone who shows up on time, does a quality job, and is professional.
The work he did was simply perfect and he is the only electrician I will ever use. Why go elsewhere when you have someone like Steve who can do what you need done.

I called Steve to fix outdoor lighting and outlets that no contractor or handyman seemed to understand (recently purchased house upgraded by a "flipper"). I should have gone to a true licensed electrician to start with! He figured out and straightened out poorly installed and jury-rigged connections, installed lights properly, added timers and sensors where needed and even ran to Home Depot to buy. Also showed non-handy me where GFI breakers were on a series of outdoor and garage outlets without making me feel too foolish!
We asked him to quote two other jobs so we will use him again. Stay with the professionals. It will save you money and time over the long run. He was prompt and easy to reach. Ignore bad review. Probably a disgruntled competitor!

"There must be a mistake with the company used for circuit breaker install.We do not have an invoice for [removed member name] , he is not on customer list, we do not show any payment for services. I am the only electrician in company and haven't been in [member information removed] Development this year. If he can provide an invoice from Ashley Electric I can better respond. The job was done professionally. I called Steve and he said he would come over as soon as he finished the job he was on to see what was involved. He came, he saw, he conquered. He decided he could do the work right then if I wanted. I wanted, he did it, and the end result - I was very happy (Steve was late for dinner). Great guy, and I would definitely use him again.

Steve came out to survey the situation the same day I called him. He called me with an estimate the next day and found the time to do the work that same day. He got right to it and never stopped until the work was completed. The final bill was $60 less than the estimate. Steve is truly a good guy and I recommend his services without reservation.

Steve was a pleasure to work with! He responded quickly, was very knowledgeable, honest and efficient. And he CARES - he came over after 5:00 and and didn't give up until the issue was fixed - even making a trip to Home Depot to get parts he needed to get the job done that night so tenant would not be without electricity in parts of the apartment. I will definitely use him again!
