 + -1 moreAdam was very polite and professional. We are very happy with the pool enclosure and the installation process. We have one major complaint. We have one gutter leak and one (bad) gutter spillover. Both are caused by installation issues and not wear issues. (One seam wasn't sealed correctly and the other seems to be a gutter problem.) I called Adam after the first big rain (which was a few months after installation). I have called three other times since. He always says he is coming over in a day or two but never does. We only notice it when it rains so I don't rag him about it, but it has no been over a year with no repair. That has been disappointing.
