All Phase Roofing

This company installed the roof on the addition to our house less than 3 years ago. It started leaking last year and we called Frank who referred us to James Boatright. The workmen came out to "fix" it a couple of times but it still leaked then James refused to send them out again and then James told us (a lie apparently) that he was no longer with the company. A new roof should not leak in 3 years and a company should stand behind it's work. In my opinion this company is run by crooks.

All Phase is first class all the way. Their professionalism and attention to detail is amazing. Their crews really take a lot of pride in their work, and Frank was awesome. No problems beautiful job. We would recommend them to anyone. They are very honest and did exactly what they said they would do. We now have the prettiest looking house in the neighborhood!!!!

All Phase Roofing & Construction is an A++!! I had my roof replaced by All Phase Roofing/Tile. My experience with All Phase Roofing was flawless from start to finish. They performed several upgrades to my roof at a price that was lower than what every single one of their competitors quoted. Some roofers quoted a lot higher with no upgrades included in their quote and they never even told me that upgrades would lower my premium. Roofers should explain upgrade options to their clients. All Phase Roofing offered a GREAT price, completed the work on time, were available every single time I called, cleaned up after the job was done, and saved me 37% on my homeowner's insurance premium!!!
Frank from All Phase Roofing was my contact and he was always available every time I called. In our initial meeting, Frank listened and understood that my goal was to lower my premium and he took the time to answer all of the questions I had. He explained exactly how All Phase Roofing would be able to meet my needs and he offered additional information that I needed to know, as well. He explained every line on the contract before we signed. This was my first experience with roof replacement but Frank never got impatient with my questions. He was always available through the duration of the project.
Frank explained permit, license, and insurance requirements up front and he coordinated his efforts in line with my HOA's requirements. All Phase Roofing closed the project properly when they showed me how to check online to see that all inspections were completed. I was very nervous about handling this roof replacement on my own but All Phase made it All Perfect!
