Extremely satisfied.  He replaced the roller bearings the same day that I called and charged a reasonable amount.  This is the second time that I have used their services...the first was to replace the garage door spring.  In both cases, I have found them to be responsive and do good work.

Called Alex on Saturday. Door cracked. He came out within 1 hour to examine door. Unfortunately we needed a new door. He came out promptly on Monday morning and in 2 hrs, had brand new door installed. So glad it was Alex that we called. He really knows his business and we trusted him right away.

I called when my garage door wouldn't open. Tulio scheduled the appointment, gave me the total, and explained what the issue was. He worked around my schedule and fixed the issue incredibly fast. He was honest, reasonable, and incredibly accommodating.

Showed up and did the work for the price that was quoted, and it worked out fine ever since.

He arrived when he said he would & took care of the problem within an hour.

It went great... I am sorry not to remember all the details, because we used this company at least a year ago, but I do remember that Alex came on an emergency basis on a weekend, and was prompt, helpful, and fixed the problem.

Alex was able to be reached on the first call. He scheduled the appointment the same day and work quickly and efficiently. I have since referred him to at least five other people in our adult community of 800 homes.

It was my fault even though it was 1 year ago, Tulio would not take money. He is honest and professional. Look no further, they are the BEST!!!!

Tulio is FANTASTIC! I got another quote from another company, who told me I needed all new openers and rails on all 6 bays in my garage. He also told me that my doors were not hurricane rated. I called Tulio and he fixed the openers, adjusted the doors, programmed all the openers in my cars and in the garage, and showed me where the stickers were that stated the doors ARE properly hurricane rated! The quote from the other guy was $12,000!! Tulio fixed everything for under $1000!! He is very responsive, very pleasant, honest, and does a great job! I highly recommend Alex Doors!!

Gianoli in less than 30 minutes inspected, confirmed problem, took down two 24+ year old springs, and replaced same with current state of the art (smaller and weather treated) springs. Greased door channels without being asked. Tested door several times before leaving the premises. Friendly, attentive, fully equipped, and professional. We have selected Tulio two times in the past. Excellent! He was one third the cost of another provider. He came late on Saturday afternoon and worked very quickly. Everything which needed to be fixed was done rapidly and well. We will definitely recommend him to our friends.

Went easy.

They did a great job for me, and was very honest. He did not try to upsale things I did not need. All hesold me was a inexpensive part he happened to have on his truck.

I called Alex Sunday at 1PM because my garage failed to open. And by 6PM I had a new garage system installed. In addition he took the time to program the homelink for my car and my wife's car. Alex is meticulous and left everything very clean. He even inspected the garage floor to make sure he didn't drop any screws that would damage tires. VERY happy with Alex Doors. Highly recommend.

I never thought it would happen to me, but I backed into the lower part of my garage door, since it had not opened all the way. I dented it and hit it off the track, losing some pins and warping the track a bit. I was STUCK in my garage since it wouldn't budge. My first thought was, and quot;Dear G-d, how much is this accident going to cost me?and quot; First I called the Sears, but they could not come out for a repair for THREE days, so I looked to Angie's list and found ALEX Doors. I called, got a quote and the very experienced technician was out to me within 45 minutes. He fixed it and also fixed something that a Sears tech did INCORRECTLY a few years back. Now my garage door runs more smoothly and my husband and I are extremely satisfied. Many contractors end up ripping you off, but we were so happy with Alex doors. If I wanted the damage to look 100% perfect he told me the price of replacing the panel. He did his best to repair the dent and it looks fantastic! Very professional, fair and honest.

I highly recommend Tulio from Alex Doors. I called him at 8am on
Saturday and he said he could be there in an hour and he showed up in 45
min. One of the springs on my garage door broke and I had Tulio replace
both springs. He not only replaced the springs but lubed and balance
the door and garage door opener. I wouldn't call anyone else.

He was excellent. When I had a little bit of trouble he came right back and fixed it. It was a used garage door opener and he guaranteed it for a year.

Amazingly, without any contract or money changing hands, they applied for the permit, notified me when it was approved, and patiently waited for me to advise when we could have the work performed as I was waiting for completion of our new roof before replacing the garage door. Mr. Garcia showed up on the appointed day and instantly went to work and did a beautiful job.
