I decided to replace my old system on Thursday. The contractor ordered my new system, and "loaned" me some freon to to keep the old system cooling through the weekend. We agreed the installation would be the following Tuesday morning, and that he would do the paperwork needed to claim the FPL credit. On Tuesday morning two of Don Olson's technicians arrived, and by 2:30pm the new unit was operating and they had cleaned up the site. The technicians were knowledgeable, fast, and extremely pleasant.
Bottom line - The whole experience was PERFECT. I got exactly what I expected, and exactly what they promised. I have no doubts or second thoughts - these guys did really good. They are my new providers of choice for heating and A/C work.
