Quality of work is excellent; the labor and parts are extreme.

Like all plumbers, super expensive. They came and stopped a hot water flood, then came back when we could schedule with them. Nice work and showed up promptly.

Between the time I called them, and the completion of the job, it was 1 hour. Chris is very quick and polite. I tried to pay him, and he said no bother, and that we would be billed. Elaine in the office, is also very nice and pleasant. They all just seemed like that genuinely liked hearing from us.

They were fast and efficient. They cleaned up after themselves. I had done my shopping and they were very reasonable. The quality of work was fine.

I contracted for a permitted job and specified the contractor was to handle the permit process. The installation went fairly smoothly, someone from the building department arrived a few days later ito inspect and signed the permit afterward indicating it had passed inspection..
I noticed one issue with the plumbing that would cause problems with future maintenance so I called he contractor back, he returned to inspect the problem I noticed and promised to send someone back out to correct it, no one ever contacted me again. I eventually corrected the plumbing issue myself.
Not quite 6 months after the installation I received notice from the building department indicating the permit would soon expire if I did not get it inspected. At first I thought it was some mistake but a call to the building department confirmed that there were two inspections required, my installation had passed the plubming portion but had never been inspected for the electrical part.
When I called the contractor to find out why I was told they only handle the plumbing and I would need to get my own Owner Builder permit to complete the electrical inspection. Rather than prolong the process and risk future problems due to the open permit I obtaind my own electrical permit at additional expense, then called for the electrical inspection which passed with no problem.
After the pemit issue was resolved I sent the contractor a certified letter detailing the issues described above and requested remimbursement of the permit fee they agreed to provide in the original contract. The contractor has never replied to my letter in any way.
