Very professional excellent job but toooo pricy

"The service that was preformed was very labor intensive which required 2 technicians since we did not have the use of a lift. The radiator had to come out of the bottom of the car. According to repairpal.com for your 2008 Saturn Auro XE it should have cost 703-838$ for the radiator http://repairpal.com/estimator/results We also at the same time discounted your oil leak issue. This should have cost 225- 300$ we Discounted this to 140$. At Any certified Licensed repair shop the bill would have been up to 1138$ plus tax and fees. 1138plus68.28 in tax equals 1206.28. My company and my employees saved you exactly 500$. Your bill was 660$ plus 39.60 in tax. Your husband explained that it was a very good price. Also when a hose went bad that was not my fault I promptly returned 6 months later for no charge. In addition your husband just called me this week and I came out to look at his issue for no charge. We are a hard working family owned company that works hard for our customers. We offer Fast reliable service at amazing prices."

I called Jeremy Around 3:20 pm on thursday(which I should had done a week before when I had problems and was waiting for a friends friend to look at it,and renting a car to get to work and around) but anyways jeremy said that John would be there i about an hour. Well about 20 minuits later John is parked out front and we start getting into what is going with my car. John figured it out pretty quickly and was able to get a quote and then cut out any services that were not absolutely needed to get my car back up and running. That evening John started working on it and then the next morning while I was at work Jeremy and John finished up my car and kept me up to date on what was going on throughout the morning. These Guys are awesome. I am from a small town in Missouri where you can trust your mechanic and these guys have that quality. Definitely will be using them if I need to again

The mechanic arrived at my house as scheduled and diagnosed that my radiator cap was bad. They replaced and checked to make sure that there were not other issues. Nice to see that they did not turn such a "small" job into a "larger" one.

"Its been a long time since this repair and I'm very sorry you were not satisfied. I cant remember what exactly happened on this Job other than you most likely opted not to preform the repair that I diagnosed. You are about an hours drive from our headquarters so I would have had to have used 2 hours of drive time plus the time to diagnosis your car problem and about 30$ in Gas leaving with very little profit. I'm sorry that we could not meet your needs. The only other thing is just please confirm that It was our service. It may have been someone falsely advertising my name because I do not remember going to Davie as that is out of my area of coverage we only cover Palm Beach County."

Jeremy and Rob very nice gentlemen who know their stuff. They were prompt in getting out to me the first day I called to get their estimate. And when I gave them the job, they were prompt in getting to my house this morning to perform the work. I talked to them about other concerns I had, as well, since my wife will be taking a trip in her Ranger. But they were honest and told that my fears weren't justified, and explained why.
I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future. Can't beat having the mechanic come to the house.
