Hurricane Shutter Service
This company was referred to us by another company. They were not licensed and after several times of requesting a permit he stalled and stalled. He took our down payment and we realized this wasn't right. We lost a lot of money. Mr. Sylvian was only supposed to deposit the money, but instead he took the money and never completed the work. To this day we are still trying to find him.
