I needed the entire interior of my house painted including kitchen cabinets. Being new in the area I had no recommendations to rely upon. I went on Angie’s List for painters in my area. Bob of Opticks Painting was one of the recommendations. He called the day my request went in, set up a time for free estimate, arrived on time , and started the job the following week. Bob and his assistant Gerardo were on time, did an amazing professional job, and always cleaned up at the end of the day. The kitchen cabinets were done perfectly. Not spray painted like a lot of the painters choose to do to get the job done faster, but primed and hand painted. They came out beautiful. If you are looking for a professional painter that actually cares about his work, I would highly recommend Opticks Painting.

Bob has done a great job for us each time we've needed his services. After plumbers replaced leaking pipes, Bob patched and replaced drywall and repainted the wall/ceiling areas affected. When he was done you could not tell where the damage had occurred. He did such a great job the first time we used him (old house, lots of plumbing problems!) that I found this email I sent to my wife when we were getting quotes from painters a couple of years later and Bob said he wouldn't be available for two weeks : "I'd rather wait til he comes back and knock $500 off the rent for the inconvenience. I trust Bob and we could easily spend $500 more on some other knucklehead now." I think we've used him one or two more times since then. Each time he was very clear about how many visits it would take to do the work properly to allow sufficient drying time, he showed up when he said he would, cleaned up well each day, was easy to work with, and gave us no surprises on cost or time. His pricing was extremely fair. I'd use him again in a heartbeat!

Bob was Awesome and his team did an amazing job painting my three bedroom three bath townhome including ceilings. He was punctual every day and completed the job on time as I was in a time crunch.
