Poor customer service - company doesn't stand behind their product. I ordered a set of screens, and most were fine but one was defective, with the pull tab ripping out and damaging the screen during installation. Despite multiple requests for them to repair or replace the damaged screen, they have been totally non-responsive. I recommend trying one of the other online screen companies and hope that they have better business values.

Pretty obvious from the name, but these people make window screens. You'd think they'd be pretty good at it, but the three screens we received were fairly low quality. These are assembled exactly like the screen kits that you can purchase at building supply chains or hardware stores: Cheap plastic corners, flimsy feel. Those things would be mitigated slightly if the screen material were stretched properly, but it was pretty loose and the screens flex. A lot. And they're not cheap. We paid $100 for the larger screen, and $70 for the medium-size. To make matters worse, they were incredibly slow shipping and one of the screens ? the big $100 one ? had incorrect dimensions. Checked the invoice and we did not make the mistake, they inverted the measurements. Now we are in a back-and-forth with emails trying to get the screen we actually ordered. And, no, it's not possible to simply turn the screen on its side. The tabs and springs are affixed and it doesn't work in our window.

We ordered three screens from them and they were made exactly to spec, including our requirement for unique placement of the pins. One screen frame arrived damaged, but the company was incredibly responsive and had a replacement screen out within a week. Time will tell on the actual quality of the screen, but initial impressions are good.

The size was good but when I went to install them one pull tab on each window fell off and on one about a foot of the spline that holds the screen in fell out.
