I’m sorry you felt misled, all clients are informed we have a team as I, the owner, also work full-time at a DIY warehouse. Since you are aware of this, I am confident you were also informed. As I did with your job, I make a point of coming by during the project and checking on the work. Regarding your complaints, it is common for prefabricated cabinets to need adjustments during installation. Unfortunately no home is completely square, and therefore corrections do have to be made. Yes we had setbacks due to appliance delivery delays & all my workers coming down with Covid. I do apologize however we do not wish to put anyone’s health at risk. Please do not feel that we are unwilling to resolve any problems you still have. The last correspondence between us it was my understanding you wanted to proceed with the next part of the project & the prior issues were resolved. I apologize if I misunderstood. However, if you do not wish to proceed with the next part of the project, we are still willing to come and resolve any issues. regardless of whether you paid for completion of that part of the project.
