TruGreen Lawn Care - 5082

I used their service almost one year. The service quality is poor. There are still two large area which are damaged by worm. They did nothing for the damaged lawn. Last time I was cutting lawn and their vehicle come. I told him to schedule another time. But now about two weeks passed they did not come yet. It's horrible service and I think I will never use them any more.

They were a disaster, they ruined my lawn. I had grubs and they didn't bother treating them so I lost a big portion of my lawn. They keep calling to ask if everthing is OK and when you tell them whats going on they seem surprised and then a different person calls and asks again if everything is OK and I said NO and then someone else calls with the same stupid line. After I terminated them another department calls looking for money. This is by far the most dysfunctional company I have ever dealt with.

We contacted the company to advise them we were finished. We received a letter and a phone call imploring us to remain. Neither in the letter or in the call were we assured that the fault would be corrected. It seemed clear that the only motivation was our steady check.

They are fair but they are not without their problems. They will come back if I need them to. I still have a lot of weeds that they can't seem to handle but a lot of it is crabgrass and from what I understand it is illegal for them to spray crabgrass. Their price is fair.

I go through Tru Green really for the convenience. They have done a great job overall. The color of my lawn looks good and the weeds are under control. They did show up on time like they said they would. I will continue to use them in the future. The one thing that I didn't like about Tru Green was that they were calling me all the time to sell me additional services.

They were very rude and one of the service reps hung up on me. They were on time and prompt when they would come, but the overall experience with them was bad.

THIS IS WITHOUT A DOUBT THE ONLY COMPANY THAT WE WOULD TRUST WITH OUR LANDSCAPING. I SOMETIMES WAIT A WHILE FOR AN APPOINTMENT, BUT THE WAIT IS ALWAYS WORTH IT. I WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER COMPANY.

I DID NOT THINK THAT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I TOLD THEM NUMEROUS TIMES NOT TO COME IN THE EVENINGS WHEN I WAS NOT HOME, BUT FOR SOME REASON THAT IS WHEN THEY KEPT COMING.

I AM REALLY PLEASED WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY MADE MY LAWN LOOK VERY BEAUTIFUL. THERE WAS NO GRASS ON THE GROUND UNTIL I CALLED THEM. THEY CAME OUT, LAID DOWN THE SOD AND A WEEK LATER THE GRASS WAS GROWING. THIS IS A VERY GOOD COMPANY.

THIS COMPANY HAS NEVER DONE ME WRONG. THEY COME AROUND THE SAME TIME EVERY MONTH AND I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE BUGS. THE PRICE IS FAIRLY GOOD FOR THE QUALITY OF WORK THEY PERFORM.

WE HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR THREE YEARS NOW. THEY DO THE WORK THAT WE HIRE THEM TO DO, BUT THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT THEY HAVE BEEN DOING COULD BE BETTER.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND MET ALL OF MY EXPECTATIONS. THEY ARE VERY HARD WORKERS THAT GET THE JOB DONE QUICKLY AND CORRECTLY. I WOULD GIVE THIS COMPANY AN OUTSTANDING RATING.
