On the whole it was a good experience. I had used PODs in the past and did receive a quote from them also. They were actually $1,000 more for what I needed and not as pleasant to deal with. I have already recommended Pack Rat to my friends that are moving next month and they found Pack Rat easier to deal with also. I would definitely use them again. Marda, the move coordinator was very responsive and so pleasant to work with.

I was so pleased with the excellent customer service I received, that I was actually sad to get my stuff back because I knew I would no longer need to call them. I will miss their friendly voices. They really make you feel like family. I was with them for two years and NEVER had any problems. From July 2009 to August 2011
