General Remodeling
Leo did not do what he was paid to do, and what he did do was not done well. For example, the hole that accesses the air conditioning unit was left so small that only a small individual can fit in, despite the fact that we asked him several times to enlarge it. Also, he failed to complete work on the air ducts, despite repeated attempts on our part to ask him.
