"We received [Member Information Removed] call from Mr. [Member Name Removed] May 31rst of this year. He asked an electrician to come out and wire in [Member Information Removed] water heater that he was providing (did not ask for estimate). He stated the heater had to be wired in that day. We pulled one of our technicians off of [Member Information Removed] job and sent him right over (30 minutes drive to and from customers house). Upon arrival at Mr. Muresans home we inspected the project and determined that the water heater he had purchased was too large for his home's existing electrical services. Installation of this product would be in violation of the National Electric Code and be an inherent fire risk and could possibly damage life and property if installed. We advise the owner and recommended [Member Information Removed] plumber we work with to help him resolve his issue. We sent our technician to [Member Information Removed] job to do [Member Information Removed] job, we did not purchase the incorrect heater, and we have [Member Information Removed] one hour minimum charge. That is our company policy and has been for 46 years. After [Member Information Removed] bill being sent [Member Information Removed] bill out after the service call and then the first of the month every subsequent month for the past 5 months with no communication from the customer, they called (and emailed) yesterday and threatened the above review as leverage for him to not have to pay his bill."
"We are sorry the customer feels this way about her transaction. We always prefer that anyone that has a discrepancy or concern with their invoice to call the office first as we can look back and address any concerns they have. Since no call was made please let me address the issues here. All hardwire smoke detectors have batteries. We replaced the battery because it was chirping, this would have been the most apparent fix being that smoke detectors indicate a need for a new battery by chirping and the customer had not already done so. We didn't replace the smoke detector at this point because that would have ran up cost to the customer and we were trying to resolve this problem for her at a minimal expense. A few days later the problem arose again. We immediately rearranged our day, to return to the customer's house shortly after she called (same day), we then replaced the smoke detector. I feel this review is a little unwarranted being that we took care of this customers needs in an extremely timely manner, and she was only billed for 1/2 half the labor we have associated to her job. In effort to be completely transparent to prevent any further confusion, our labor rate is $85/hour/man (which is inline with any reputable, established, licensed and insured professional company) and we do not give senior discounts (customer never asked if we did prior to calling us to her home). We always strive to deliver the best possible service to our customers and am truly sorry this customer feels that we came up short. We wish you nothing but the best of luck in your future endeavors."
"Mr. [Member Name Removed], Thank you for the review. I am sorry you were disappointed with the labeling of the panel. Our standard practice is to collect the information and return with a printed label and we did this the following Monday that you contacted our office. Unfortunately our guys do not have a full size printer on there service true and can not print professional labels while on site. We have to do this in the office and return to adhere them to the panel. I appreciate your evaluation and business. I would like to note that the price was determined via free estimate prior to work being performed, owner agreed to the predetermined price of the Job and we proceeded."

"Our minimum service charge is 1 hour. We repaired the problem this customer called us out to perform with the utmost of professionalism. The customer's home is approximately 30 minute drive from our shop one way. They were charged our minimum service charge plus materials. I feel this customer's review is unrealistic and does not represent the service we provided. I feel bad this customer was dissatisfied with the charge, but I don't think you will find many companies out there that will work for free."
