For the safety of our technicians and our customers, we have GPS monitored vehicles and all chemistry is reviewed daily by a supervisor. Work was performed quickly and correctly. However, I was charged $550 for a Chlorine Generation Cell that can be purchased on Amazon for $250 (identical new cell). Installation is very simple (15 min) and warranties are identical. I purchased the cell on Amazon and Howards refunded my money and replaced the cell they installed with the old one. They would not install my new cell so I will do it myself. Just saved $300.

They come weekly. It is a weekly ongoing service that I have. If you have a problem they come right out so they are very responsive. They work with you to find out what the problem was. The difference between this company was they had a guy who came out and put too much acid in the pool. My husband called and said his eyes were burning. So they came out and tested the pool and there was too much. I don't think this was the first time because they fired him. I don't think we were the only person who had the problem. We did keep him for awhile but thy ended up firing him because he was not good. When the other company was like well its fine. They came right out and it was not our problem. it was not like you don't know what you are talking about. They are very responsive and they look at you. They resolve it they it. Either they retrain the person or they fire them. Really they are very good. Every time we call them they come right out. It is not like we are waiting for days. So repressiveness is very important. They respond to the problem and they take care of it.

Diver was unable to replace the main drain cover because he said "they don't make main drain covers that are up to code" for many fiberglass pools.  This seemed unlikely to me.  Nevertheless his temporary solution was to block off my main drain, which he did, and to rely solely on the skimmer for water circulation.  Of course now if the water goes below the level of the skimmer, my pump will burn out.

As our new home's pool was seldom used and somewhat neglected by previous owner, I selected the highest of three program offerings.  Within first month Howard's World technicians completely rejuvenated our new home's pool.  After establishing themselves as being a reliable, customer oriented service provider I replaced the previous inexpensive service recommended by our home's  sellers.  Howard's World year-long prepay option was a reasonably priced high-end offer we're glad we accepted.  I love not having to worry about a thing and our weekly technician appears to love what she's doing. I'll let you know after a year of this program!

They are the absolute best. They come once a week to service my swimming pool. They are one of the leading pool services companies here. Anytime there is the slightest problem, I can call them and there is someone to help me over the phone. I know nothing about swimming pools and they have helped me learn about how to operate the timer and use the chemicals.  Once the water in the pool had gotten too low and it was making a funny noise. I called them and they told me exactly what was wrong and told me how to add water in the pool.  They very easily could send someone out here and charge me forty dollars for a service call.  They don't do that. They help me over the phone. They don't overcharge me, but help me over the phone.

We called Howard's after a bad experience with another pool company. 
Howard's  are on time and show up every week. We had our pool resurfaced and they communicated with that company regarding PH and water hardness levels.They respond to all issues and resolve problems quickly.

They are very big. They will also do big repairs for additional fees. They have replaced the pool motor. They are great but it depends on the service tech. I'm on my third service tech since I started using them 1 1/2 years ago. The first guy and the guy I'm using now are excellent. The second guy was all right but not as good as the other two guys. Their price is very good and does include all chemicals. They are very responsive and professional. I will absolutely continue to use them.
