Had another HAVC company look at my unit they gave up couldn't fix it called Miller they listen to my concerns ran some test came up with solution done deal fixed very happy with their expertise.

They were wonderful people! They showed up on time and did the repairs. I even had a little problem with my AC unit and they came out immediately and at no charge!

Not happy with the job they did. I was in the hospital at the time. My neighbor over saw the job. The central heating and air went out. My neighbor called them because they are a big company. I’m not happy with the job they did. They put the unit on fiber glass instead of the concrete slab that is there. They put in a unit that was too big for my house. I’m not pleased. If I would have been there I believe I could have gotten a better deal from another company.

So far they have been fine. They were recommended to us by a neighbor. They said the coil had to be replaced and they replaced it. It went fine. Since then we have used them for maintenance.

They were big on communication. The unit was reviewed with me and the price with rebates was explained. How and when the installation of the unit was explained and they kept to the timeline. There was little to no post installation mess. This was an expensive unit but so far I have been very pleased with the whole purchase.

The worker came in and did all that was required for Spring checkup. But, after he left we noticed that the air was flowing in the wrong direction. We called another a/c business and had it checked. They found crossed wires and fixed it. Apparently, the Miller's guy had switched wires so as to get another callback for repair, which would have been an easy fix, since he knew what the problem was as he created it. We have never done business with Miller's again. I wouldn't trust them.

They were right here when I needed them. My A/C unit broke and my house got up top 90 degrees. They were courteous, kind and professional. You couldn't ask for better employees. They answered all my questions and cleaned up after themselves.

Miller came out originally to rewire the whole system to avoid having all of our problems, and they’ve come out several times since then to fix other issues we have run into. We have been very happy with the work they’ve done. The owner himself actually came out to help us twice when he realized our issue was a bit complicated, even though it was the evening by that point. They came over the same day that we called them every time, and we received prompt service. They have a standard 75 dollar fee, but one time they were able to come out and help out without charging anything additional for labor.
