Window Service
They gave us a quote, which seemed reasonable. When the workman came out, they didn't know what they were doing. They ripped out all the window seals which were marble and then said they couldn't put them back in because they wouldn't fit with the kind of window. They didn't finish it and left big cement gaps all the way around the windows. They caulked around the outside and did a messy job, but would not caulk around the inside. We had to find someone else on our own to put the window seals in for us. That company couldn't believe that the original place didn't do the caulking because it's part of the job. After, the windows didn't work. One of them kept falling and hitting me on the head when I tried to open it up. They did come back and fix that. But now some of the windows stick and they are starting to crack around the edge. They are totally unqualified.
