You’ve got keep a close eye on the subcontractors. They make a mess and they don’t clean it up. They destroyed a section of my grass in the backyard. It’s a 6x10 section of grass where they took the hose and cleaned off all their equipment, but Mike is going to make up for it. Once everything is done he’s going to come in and take it up and put down new sod. He’s great and his subcontractors are good but they are use to working on new construction.
