They are no good. Our AC froze up and so they added freon and then checked our upstairs unit and he said it needed a coil and he would order it. After that I never heard from him. I called and left messages and spoke to his wife and left a message and never heard from him.

They are just great. They will come rain or shine. It doesn't matter what time of the day the air goes out, they will send someone. A few years ago, in August, our air went out and you could not breathe. The guy showed up at 11 p.m. with the part to fix our air-conditioner. I would use this provider again.
