Window Doctor

I was overcharged for the labor and material. Told me the reason was that they pay their repair people $100/hour. Buyer beware.

Installation went well.  The problem arose when the double pane window that they installed started looking frosty in areas about a year after replacement. This is usually an indication that the seal is broken. I kept forgetting to call to report the problem until December of 2015.  When I did call, Bridget told me that a manager would call be back to discuss, but I never received a call. Three weeks later, I called again and Bridget told me she was helping someone else and would call me back.  Five hours later, I called back and was told there was noting they would do for me since the installation was over a year ago. She asked me to find the receipt and fax it to the office and when I asked why she couldn't look it up on the computer, I was told she couldn't do that.  I asked to speak with a manager and was told no manager was available until I said that I would be writing a review for Angie's List.  Joanne came to the phone and said no windows are guaranteed for more than a year but she would set up a new service appointment for someone to come out and look at the window at my cost.  I didn't feel that I should pay for a service call for a defected product and/or installation.  As I tried to explain my case, Joanne kept cutting me off until she finally said to me that she wouldn't stand being abused anymore.  I asked how I was abusing her as I was not cursing, belitting her or yelling.  She told me that I was "a very demanding customer."  Joanne said that she would gracefully discount the labor which I don't know what that means and she wouldn't be specific.    
This poor customer service and the way they treated a problem I brought to their attention warrants letting others know to beware.  I will not use them again nor will I ever recommend this company to others.

Damian and company did an outstanding job.  The crews were professional, clean and prompt.  All work was completed as promised and modifications were handled immediately.
After an initial misfit on some of the screens, Damian sent out a new crew to re-measure, remake and re-install.  He promised to make us happy and he certainly lived up to his word.  For our inconvenience, they even re-screened additional doors at no extra charge.
This is the third time Window Doctor in the Palm Beach area.  Every experience has been excellent and I will absolutely call them in the future for any window or door needs.
I encourage anyone to call them and see for yourself.

I called them service times and they were going to send someone out to fix the work. They told me if it was an issue that was not their fault they would change $65.00 for the services just to come out.

The work was done well with one exception that took some haggling and some months to get fixed. My main complaint is the price. For the price I paid it should have been easier to get the one pane of glass fixed. I have found cheaper options to fix broken panes of glass since I used the Window Dr.

Excellent but not cpeap.

I had to reschedule the appointment due to my son's work schedule. No problem, gave me a date that would work for him. They came out on time, measured, cut the glass and installed it into the frame. They were in and out in no time.

They were polite. Showed up on time. The price was very well worth it.
