I rarely ever need an exterminator. However, it is FL and I also live in a condo, so roaches are a common thing. I highly recommend Gerry with Lion Pest & Rodent Control, Inc. He is extremely reasonable in price (cheaper than most well named companies). He is very friendly, he truly cares about your issue & problem and he does his job with a constant smile on his face and he also gives you helpful advice to help prevent you from having the problem again.
