While our 2006 Toyota Scion,
purchased new from this dealer,  still is
going strong, we are unlikely to patronize this dealership again. The latest reason:
We were totally scammed with a promise of ?free tires for life? as long as we
keep up routine servicing with this dealer.  Although we garage our car and drive it very
little?it only has 57,000 miles after all these years, we serviced it religiously
every 5,000 miles since buying this car and have been very careful to keep  the wheels aligned and tires rotated. O.K. the
dealer replaced 2 of our four worn-out tires some time ago and told us to return
when the tires are worn down to their standard--below 3/8th of one inch. All
are. However today, despite the fact that the two rear tires were completely
bald, the service rep totally changed this story. We don?t qualify for new
tires, we were told, because we failed to bring the car in for servicing every
six months. We had chosen the 5,000 mile option instead of the time option
because we drive the car so little. The rep also claimed that a wear pattern
indicated that the tires were low on air. We put air in the tires about 6
months ago. At our last servicing, we specifically asked to have the tires
rotated and checked. Never was a problem cited concerning maintenance of the
tires. Today, the rep offered to do us a big favor and give us 2 free tires if
we paid about $225 for the two other tires?only some $75 less than the cost of four
significantly higher quality tires at Costco. 

What an absolute pleasure it was dealing with James Owens at this dealership. He was VERY helpful, patient and the best part NOT pushy! He gave me excellent service, showed me all the basics about the car - got my phone set up and even worked late to make sure that I was comfortable with driving my car.
I talked to 3 or 4 other dealer's prior to calling Earl Stewart. What a difference it was dealing with James Owens- NEVER have I been so pleased with a car buying experience.
This dealership not only talks the talk but the DO indeed walk the walk!

GREAT! the body shop gave me a loaner car while they did the application. The employees in both service and the body shop were very helpful. The service department helped with an issue even though I was not scheduled for service they helped me understand how to operate the memory features on the car. The application of Enviroguard turned out very well.

I bought the Avalon new in 2008. I bought tires and batteries for life. This required all service to be done at the dealership. I discovered recently that they were recommending new brakes when there was still lots of life left in the current brakes. It makes me wonder what else I already paid for that was done unnecessarily. I'm not going to take my car there any more.

I contacted the dealership via email and indicated the specific criteria I desired form new car purchase. The dealer immediately responded w/ and proposal based upon their ability to find the desired auto at another dealership as they didnt have the specific auto I wanted on site. They searched their network and found the auto 300 miles away. They made provisions to get the auto I wnated  to their dealership in a timely fashion. When we went to pick up the auto the three persons we dealt with were very professional and their were not umpleasant economic surprises. In my forty plus years of automobile purchases they have unsurpassed in  their professionalism. I highly recommend them to other car buyers.
