This is the way a business should be run. Tim is not only a real professional by a really kind person. There are far too many businesses who are worried only about the $$. Short and sweet Tim made himself personally available to my tenants who are elderly and were having issues with the garage door. He bumped our project to the top of the list and made sure that they did not need to worry about the door not closing/opening properly. This was also of great comfort to me since I live in upstate NY. I have dealt with his company in the past and have always spoken with his wife on the phone. They are just perfect examples of professional and caring people !!!

Very professional installation with excellent correspondence and communication directly with the owner.  Owner returned to tweak a minor issue with the door, and assisted in all customized settings including iPhone app to operate door.  Very pleased with the door recommendation and the overall quality of workmanship. Nice people; small business; personalized service.

This company is the best.  They are fast, efficient, reasonable, and courteous.  They came right out and fixed my issue so quickly.  I was very please with the pricing.  The gentlemen that cam out, Tim,  he is an absolute pleasure.  I will recommend him to everyone.  Definetly  the company to call!
