The Futrell team is the best !!  Always arriving when stated and kept us well informed throughout the process.  They were helpful with ideas when we were uncertain, flexible when we changed our minds, and became just like family to us.  They have the best sub-contractors ever!  We had a pool built many years ago at a different home in another county.  The workmanship on this pool is far superior with amazing attention to detail! 

We started the pool around March 1st 2013.  The only delay in the process was for the pavers we selected which was of no fault of Futrell Pools.  It took a month to get the ones that we wanted; but, that was OK because we were willing to wait for the ones that we knew we wanted for our deck. 

I can honestly tell you that you will not be disappointed in the least if you choose to have Terry and his team build your pool.  They will build it to your design and specifications if you so desire - no stamped out design for them!  If ever we move and need another pool I will without hesitation call on Terry Futrell to build my pool.

We interviewed several pool contractors and were looking for a contractor that could put together a pool that would
meet our needs at a fair price. Mr. Futrell came and was really helpful and informative. He seemed very concerned with identifying what our expectations were, while educating us on the reasons to do certain things pertaining to pool construction. I am in the construction business, so I was a little concerned because of the "human factor" that seems to cause mistakes to be made and details missed. That was never an issue.  There was so much oversight that issues were handled before they became an issue.  My wife and I were and are so happy with the product that Mr. Futrell and his workers delivered. The workers that Mr Futrell has are very dedicated and professional. The are very concerned with doing a really good job. Mr.Futrell and his right and left hand guys, Bobby and Bennie make sure that the work is delivered to high standards. 
Service after the build: This area separates the field when it comes to construction. We had equipment issues unrelated to the building of the pool. The pump and pool chlorinator board malfunctioned. My Futrell and Bobby had the equipment manufacturer respond quickly and the faulty equipment replaced. We were not out of pocket due to the warranty. I had many questions after the build and Mr Futrell and Bobby are easily available and very patient.
My expectations were exceeded and if we were to have another pool built, Mr Futrell would do it. I recommend Futrell pools and encourage you to give them a call after you talk to his competitors and you will be glad
you did.

They handled everything very well. They are good to work with. They are very reliable and know what they are doing. They are very clean. I would use them again. In the past we used them for pool service and spa repair which we were happy with.

Easy to work with and got permits in timely manner. All work done to our satisfaction. Quality workmanship and materials. You won't be sorry this is the right pool contractor. I would definitely recommend without reservation. It was a good experience from start to finish.

Called for service, next day sent a service man to my house, when I got home from work the repair and replacement was completed.

If there was a grade higher than A - I would give it. Each of Terry's subs had been with him for a long time, and you could see why. They were there when they said they would be and were responsive to any and all questions or changes. It was a wonderful experience. If you are thinking of having a pool built, don't even bother with other quotes (we had 3).

We paid him the exact amount he quoted us in the beginning. They told us it would take 4-6 months to complete, and it was done in about 5 months. They did their work on time. There were a few hiccups along the way, and they took care of it as much as they could. They were very nice and very professional all along.
