Description of Work: Jack Gritter was very helpful, courteous and accurate. There were several technical issues in my finances that needed explanation for the underwriter. Jack helped explain and detail the issues to the underwriter and assisted me in drafting letters of explanation to fully explain the issues. His quotes were very accurate so that, at closing time, there were no questions or problems with the mortgage at all. It was a true pleasure working with Jack and his integrity and professionalism was exemplary. Highly recommended.

Trinity helped us obtain a mortgage for our new house. They were very helpful during this stressful time. They kept track of all of the work (appraisals, surveys, title, etc) that needed to be done so we didn't have to. Our mortgage application hit a snag due to some investments we had made, and Trinity was an excellent mediator between the underwriters and us, smoothing the way toward a quick approval.
