THE HOME DEPOT

It was perfect. They were professional and did not ask for pay out.

Install was perfect Everything went well. Biggest problem is finding someone in the store to fall to.

The person who came to the house was an hour early and called 5 mins before he showed up.  No big deal.  The person went right to work and started to measure out the areas of the house we pointed out.  The person was very short on his answers and gave us a hard time measuring over a tub we were removing.  Not overly unprofessional but did not seem to be a people person,  I asked, about how many square feet, he said I can't answer that.  Home Depot will contact you in 24 hours. An approximate?  I can't answer that...  Wow!
Then I got the quote a day late and I wished I never answered the phone.  Home Depot charged the following misc. fees to install 1100 sq feet of 12x24 in tile.
- Walk up fee
- Large Stone Fee 
- Standard Pattern Up-charge
- 2nd person carry fee
It felt as it I was being nickeled and dimed through the process and I will never use Home Depot install services.  Expensive and certainly not worth the extra fees.  I was able to use an installer found in Angie's list who completed the job and included the grout all for 40% less than Home Depot offered to charge.

Aubyn was great. He was able to help us in three different areas. They stand behind their products. They are very nice people to work with.

All the materials are amazing! I get everything at Home Depot! They supplied all the materials for my bathroom remodeling too. I love the people there, particularly one girl, who is extremely wonderful and helpful.

The install was fine. Four years later the solid surface sinks are getting spider cracks. Despite a ten year warranty, Home Depot refuses to assist getting repair work done by WilsonArt. We have the quote, dollar amount paid, but the builder went belly up near the end of the project. Do not buy Solid surface counters or sinks. They do not last.

IT WAS BAD HOME DEPOT AND A GOOD SUBCONTRACTOR. THEY WERE UNINTERESTED AND INATTENTIVE. THEY WERE UNINTERESTED IN THE CUSTOMER. I'M SO GLAD LOWE'S MOVED INTO THE NEIGHBORHOOD. IT'S MARKET VALUE, IT'S FAIR, AND IT'S COMPETITIVE, BUT MONEY ISN'T ALWAYS EVERYTHING.

IT WAS AVERAGE. THEY DID AVERAGE WORK FOR AN AVERAGE PRICE. IT WAS NOTHING OUTSTANDING. IT WAS FINE. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND WELL SPOKEN AND COURTEOUS. THEY WERE QUICK TO RETURN PHONE CALLS.

I FEEL THAT HOME DEPOT WAS AWFUL. THE SUBCONTRACTOR WAS GOOD. THEY WERE INATTENTIVE, UNRESPONSIVE AND UNINTERESTED. THEY'RE NOT INTERESTED IN MAKING THE SALE OR PROVIDING SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS ON THE FLOOR.

IT WAS AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR THAT WORKS FOR HOME DEPOT, AND HE DID GREAT WORK. THEY HAVE THEIR INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS. THEY WORK WITH THE DOORS THAT YOU BUY. I HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM.

THEY WERE FAIR AT BEST. THE IN STORE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. THEY WERE UNRESPONSIVE, INATTENTIVE AND UNINTERESTED. I PAID THE FAIR, REGULAR MARKET VALUE. IT WAS GOOD. THE CONTRACTOR GAVE GOOD SERVICE.

THE SALES GUY WAS VERY GOOD AT THE BEGINNING, BUT AFTER THAT IT WAS HARD TO GET A PERSON TO COME OUT AND DO THE WORK. AFTER I GOT THEM SCHEDULED, THE PEOPLE THAT DID THE WORK DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.

WHEN WE SPOKE TO THE SALESPERSON AT THE STORE, HE EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE DIFFERENT ELECTRIC RANGES AND WHAT TYPE WE NEEDED FOR OUR HOUSE. THEY CAME OUT, DELIVERED THE PRODUCT AND INSTALLED IT.

THE STORE HAD A VERY GOOD VARIETY FROM WHICH TO CHOOSE. THE SALES TEAM WAS VERY HELPFUL AND ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS. THEY EVEN EXPLAINED SOME THINGS THAT WE NEEDED THAT WE DID NOT THINK OF.

WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE INITIAL WORK, THERE WAS HOWEVER A LEAK AFTER THE FIRST HEAVY RAIN. THEIR RESPONSE WAS ON TIME AND THE REPAIR WAS HANDLED VERY PROMPTLY.
