Dave is great! He's been our go-to irrigation specialist for many, many years.

I have an acre of property with 6 automatic zones and three manual zones. The Exspirt has been providing us with reliable, responsive and reasonable service for over 20 years.

Manuel, the owner of the company is very polite and courteous. He gave me an estimate for weekly yardwork, which I thought was a very fair price. He also planted some nursery plants for me, and so far, so good. I'm very satisfied.

He was fabulous. It was a great job and the cost was very reasonable compared to what I had been charged before.

Had some sprinkler heads that needed replacing and thought there might be a major leak as water bill was very high. Called and arranged a date and time for appt. He did not show or call. I called him again later in the week and he stated he had been sick. We rescheduled the appt. This time he arrived as scheduled, diagnosed the problem and fixed the leak/sprinkler heads. He also adjusted the timer.

Honest, simple repair for a simple problem. Another guy suggested we dig a new well and buy a new pump!

David responded to voice-mail very promptly and showed up the next day to do a take-off of the project and quote a price. He scheduled the work promptly, showed up on time and not only completed his portion of the work, but corrected faulty installation practices of last well contractor. Re-piped the system to eliminate pressure drop caused by sloppy installation, placed open wires in flexible conduit. Now system runs much more efficiently. Pressure with irrigation system running is now sufficiently higher to allow installing one additional sprinkler head per zone. What used to be noisy system is now extremely quiet. Great planning and performance. David left work area better than it was when he got there.
