The salesman was prompt and very professional, but the price was high.

This company is wonderful at making promises but they don't deliver, in fact they disapeared. Don't contract THE BAD ROOFING COMPANY!!!!!! Unreliable.

Horrible. Sales rep was the picture of politeness - but after i signed the contract it was a different story. One lie after another on delays - I had to contact the county to get the real story.

The score may change if they ever completed the job. I get no cooperation, nor responses.

We found out that they didn't pull the permit for the job. They said they were waiting for product approval from their suppliers. They said they like to send in the approval from the supplier with the application for the permit, which is not required. I paid a deposit and signed the contact yet they never pulled the permit or start the job. We have sent a 10 day letter either telling them to pull the permit and start the job or refund our deposit. The 10 days have came and went and we have not heard from them. We did found out that they have now applied for a permit but we had still not heard from them so we told the permit dept. To cancel the permit. We have now hired a new company.
