I called & spoke w/Connie who set up appt. for this morning; Chris called to say he was on this way, arrived, was very pleasant & knowledgeable; Chris went on roof to measure, examine the old skylight, worked out the estimate, left to get the right skylight, returned w/in hour, completed all work & I now have a beautiful new skylight.

When I talked to Connie, the owner, there were two ways we could go, either the tempered glass sky lights or the tubular. Wanting to see a comparison she invited us to her house where she has 7 installed some of both kind. We loved the work and set up an appointment for the following Thursday. She called and asked to change the appointment to Monday, because of rain delays. The gentleman, Chris, called me on sat to verify. He was at our home at 8:00 a.m. on Monday. We were told that the job would take 2 to 2 1/2 days and they finish Wednesday at 12:30.

Company responded quickly to my calls and was very professional. Installer kept me informed of any changes in his schedule. Installation occurred over a period of several days due to excessive heat and rain delays.
