I gave them the paint that was the color of the driveway, and they stated I didn't provide enough paint and they would go to the store to make more of the same color.  They came back and painted the crack, but as the paint dried I could tell that it wasn't the same color, then they said they would fix the color and come back to repaint it.  I have yet to have them come back to correct the work and they haven't responded to any phone calls or emails.

How did it go overall ?
Horribly and this is not at an end.  I am now engaged with the following agencies in an attempt to resolve this without incurring legal fees as well as my losses with this "business" to date.

Michael's worker installed a sky tube. It made a positive impact on a dark kitchen and I was happy to have it. Recently I had two more installed by Wales Roofing. At the time I asked Frank Wales to check the sky tube that Safe Home's had installed because it bothered me that the diffuser plate was never flush with my ceiling. Wale's inspected and gave me a short list of installation errors including the fact that on some sections of the tube they forgot to remove the plastic protective wrapping which results in less than optimum effect. I asked Michael to comment on the findings from Wales and he became very defensive and even stated that "...my facts are not the facts". I invited him to come over and review the installation and defend his work. He has refused. I was also somewhat upset that Michael charged me $2700 for the installation. Wales did a similar installation in my home at a different location and also installed a sky light in the living room for a charge of $2,085 for both!
