He spent probably an hour in the attic in the middle of the day and he was drenched when he came down. He actually took apart the dryer vent from the attic up into the roof and showed me exactly what had happened. Apparently, he found out what the problem was, whoever did it last obviously did not do it properly. When he left, he told me if the laundry is not drying, he will come back out to fix it at no charge and make sure we get it right.
