I began using Rebecca to help mange my rental property back in 2016. I found Rebecca to be extremely professional and helpful in assisting with the management of my property. Rebecca found great tenants for my property and was always looking out for my best interests. Rebecca's communication was very punctual, and she was always very responsive in regards to any of the property's needs. Rebecca was extremely helpful in regards to making the most out of my investment. When it came time for me to sell the property, it was just natural for me to use Rebecca as my real estate agent. She provided very good guidance in how best to prepare the property for sale, and was very knowledgeable on the market. I was very happy with Rebecca throughout the sales process and I was able to have an acceptable offer on the property within a week.

The experience was fantastic. Selling a home can be very stressful but Rebecca made it appear as if I had no work to do! She is very knowledgeable about the market and used that as a selling strategy. We had multiple showings and multiple offers within the first week because she knew exactly how and when to list it. She also made sure to cater to my needs and never pushed something I didn’t want which helped me realize how much I can trust Rebecca. I can’t say anything bad about the experience and would use her again in the future.

I was very nervous when I moved out of my home and needed someone to manage it for me, but Rebecca made it an "enjoyable" experience. I have to be honest that I didn't think that was possible as I had a lot of anxiety surrounding moving out of my home and having tenants move in. Rebecca screened all applicants, and selected the best tenants for me. She handled all of the details (yet kept me informed). Any challenges that arose, she handled and communicated with me immediately. She was always very prompt and answered any questions I had. If I wasn't selling my property, I would let her manage my property forever. I highly recommend Rebecca and if I purchase a rental property again in the Central Florida area, the first and only person I would call to manage my property is Rebecca.

Rebecca was great! She arrived on time every time we met. She did all the research to show us what price range she thought we could get for our house, was always available to answer any questions we had. We ended up not using her because we ended up renting the house to people we knew so we didn't need a management company right now. If we ever do decide to go with a property manager we will definitely use Rebecca.

Rebecca was difficult to work with from the first day we met. She was impersonal, condescending and unresponsive. She expected a lot from us, but did not follow through on her responsibilities. She treated us all poorly, and was unwilling to work with us. She did not show up to the property for 9 months, then responds sporadically. She does not follow through on requests. She does not pay attention to detail. If I owned or was looking for a property in the area, she would be the last person I ever used - not as a realtor and not as a property manager.

Your son and the other residents moved in on August 13, 2013. The new home orientation and property inspection was conducted at that time. Since that time, these are the lists of other ongoing inspections that occurred at the property: 9-5-13 9-25-13 11-4-13 12-12-13 4-29-14 6-17-14 7-11-14 8-25-14 10-9-14 11-4-14 12-3-14 1-12-15 3-2-15 Also on file, which we would gladly share with you, are numerous phone calls, emails, along with notice postings. During each property inspection I conversed with any tenant who was home and asked them about maintenance concerns and photographed the property. Again, I apologize that the A/C vendor called you instead of the other tenants’ contacts. Our experience has surpassed our expectations by leaps and bounds. We had previously managed our properties ourselves and thought we could save ourselves some money that way. Yes, there is an initial fee at the start of the rental contract and a monthly fee afterwards that is deducted from the rent. But that amount is insignificant compared to the money that we have lost with eviction costs, damage costs and simply not getting rent when it is due.
With Rebecca, we get our direct deposit every month. And hearing about problems, issues, or reasons why you can't be paid? Never happens! We get our rent checks EVERY MONTH and ON TIME without hearing about maintenance or payment issues.
Sure, it's a small investment to have someone manage these properties for us. But it costs THOUSANDS more dollars in damages and lost rent when we have done it ourselves. Rebecca can find the right tenant with the right background to let you have time back again.

Initial visit was to discuss how she does business and an initial assessment of our home for leasing. We know we had some items to fix, but Rebecca stepped right up and pointed out exactly what needed renovating. With her team's help, we got our home in straight in short order. Within in 30 days, Rebecca had potential tenants getting background checked, and shortly after that , our home rented.

So far so good. I was apprehensive to rent the property but Rebecca put me at ease at how they screen each potential client. She found a renter in about a months time. A plumber for the property was needed and she provided that as well.

From the start, Rebecca was able to meet me at the property the 1 day I was in town and explain all of her details in person. This was excellent as she is very professional and thorough. She is able to handle all my paperwork electronically at this point which really makes things efficient. She always answers my questions and is happy to. She helped me determine what repairs are needed for the house to be rental ready and avoid spending on unnecessary things. She found excellent tenants quickly and charges very fair fees for all the work she does on the home. She really has taken over everything and I could not be more satisfied with her!!

Rebecca has been the best property manager that I ever had. I could not ask for more. She promptly found the ideal tenants after a rigid advertising and qualification process that she has in place. She sent my videos and pictures of the move in condition of the apartment.
When it comes to repairs, she keeps me informed and gets approval to perform the work, she sends quotes of the work to be performed, she gets my approval before authorizing jobs, she keeps me informed, she sends pictures and videos of the before and after, and she sends receipts. Her service is outstanding.
